While testing a client’s website, we noticed the cart would occasionally empty itself. Frustrating for anyone halfway through a purchase. So we built our own. Lightweight, no subscription fees, and focused on doing one thing well: letting customers save their cart and come back to it later.

We always talked to clients about the hidden cost of manual processes, but it was hard to make it real without showing the maths. So we rebuilt it as a Revenue Leak Calculator. It factors in time cost, but also revenue at risk from delays and missed opportunities. We added sliders, animated the outputs, included explanations of how each figure is calculated, and made it something people actually want to play with.

Nursery Fee Calculator

Early Years Alliance works with 33 nurseries, each with different rates for full days, mornings, afternoons, age groups, and government-funded hours. We turned the spreadsheet logic into an interactive calculator on their website. Parents select a nursery, choose their child's age and session type, enter their funded hours, and instantly see weekly and monthly costs with a full breakdown.
