The Theo Paphitis Small Business Sunday (SBS) project required a huge step forward in the technology used by the website to manage their business profiles, compared to the previous site.

The previous SBS website ran on an old PHP 5 server, with multiple security concerns and a minimal custom-built admin interface, making it difficult to maintain and update.

Riselabs had the perfect solution, utilising a WordPress environment and a tried-and-tested WooCommerce-powered theme that uses a job-board-style mechanic to produce a directory environment where users can be invited to create and improve their very own profiles.

The feedback from users is all positive, but the SBS admin team is the happiest, maintaining and updating the SBS website, with the new site making their jobs easier and more efficient.
