Write in Google Docs, export to PDF, upload to a signing tool, lose track of which version was signed, chase clients by email, wonder if they’d even opened it.
One client complained about printing our terms and conditions – which they didn’t need to do, but the format made them think they should.
Every proposal meant hours of fiddling with templates, logos, formatting, and follow-ups. And at the end of it, we had no idea whether the client had read page one or page ten.
So we’re building our own proposal tool. It lives on our website, uses a consistent framework, and sends clients a magic link to view, review, and sign – no printing, no downloads, no accounts.
