Business to business development.

We’ve got the leads, the contacts and the team power! But we need someone who can talk to all of these people and make things happen. We need someone who can chase down a conversation. Who can make tens or hundreds of connections in our industry every week? And can turn that all into qualified, viable project opportunities.

Oh, and someone who doesn’t use “let’s have a catch-up!” as a default sales tactic… I bet you know it doesn’t work.

We have two distinct clientele.

Our clients come to us with a problem, such as a process in their business is inefficient, slow and outdated – and they want to know how to use technology to solve that problem. We can advise, teach and solve those problems.

Our clients have an idea but rarely a means of executing the vision. They want to build an app, platform or entire business around a concept, but how? You might not know personally, but you do know that Riselabs has people who do know. That’s what you’ve got to sell: sell our expertise, our planning and specification processes.

Do you like helping people?

We love to help people realise their technology dreams: their grand app ideas and lofty platform concepts. We want to help them succeed, grow and build incredible products and services. And you’ve got to show them (and us) that you love to help. Riselabs support, nurture and admire their clients for as long as we possibly can.

Why do we need you?

We’re “here” right now.

Riselabs is a small but mighty team of experts in the field of platform and app development. We’re growing. To grow, we need more projects; more projects means more capital, which means more growth – ad infinitum. We need projects with £30k to £100k+budgets so we can push our abilities to the max.

This is where you step in. Help us find leads, speak to them and get our best people into healthy conversations with potential clients so that we can build hype and excitement about their idea.

We need help here too.

We also need smaller, quicker projects to diversify our portfolio and flex our expertise regularly – so finding sub £20k work for us is essential.

Why would you want to work with us?

We pay well. 💰

Salary and rate isn’t set. You tell us what you’re worth, we’ll agree; then all you’ve got to do is prove it. Caveat: we do not have an unlimited budget, so salary will be somewhere between £17k and £30k as that’s what we can budget today – but help us grow, and the sky’s the limit.

We work remotely. 👩‍💻

Riselabs doesn’t have an office. We’ve all got laptops, and, currently, our small team is dotted around the world. We do get together now and then – but some team members have never physically met (yet!).

Everyone is valuable. ✨

We don’t have managers. There isn’t a structure to climb. If you love what you do and want to do nothing but get better at that, then we won’t take that away from you. Level up, earn more, grow your small team of people who feel the same. It’s yours to do as you please.

We aren’t sales professionals. You tell us what we need to do, and you control how it’s done. All you have to do is get results; how you get there (as long as it’s morally and ethically right) is up to you.

Need us to change the website? Done. Need marketing materials? Sure. Think a thing is a problem? We’ll fix it.

Riselabs may be small, but it’s sure ambitious. 🚀

We take on some crazy projects. And those are the ones we love. The weird, quirky, and disruptive ideas are what we want, and the bigger, the better. If we bite off more than we can chew, we will make sure we hire up and are prepared.
