Allow software to help you make effective decisions on planning incoming work. Your staff can report job statuses and timestamped media back to the office in order to minimise paperwork.

For many businesses, automating the process of booking and tracking jobs can have huge benefits. Riselabs can create effective job tracking systems, which can prioritise jobs and schedule them based upon carefully calculated algorithms, such as location, job description, staff available and skills required, in order to calculate the best order in which jobs should be undertaken to maximise efficiency.

For employees working remotely on jobs, software can be created to evidence their work on a job, such as arrival time, equipment and stock used (which can automatically communicate with a  linked Stock management system). Additionally, the employee can upload timestamped photos and media regarding the job on a remote basis. This can all be completed offline and synced back when employee is back in an area with network coverage. which when received can be analysed to make clearer decisions about future jobs. This can also support in auto-completing employee timesheets within the central system.

Scheduling jobs in the most efficient way is difficult

A comprehensive job tracking system can ensure that the staff with the skills required get to the right job , on time. Based upon staff, skills and location, jobs can be intuitively scheduled in a way that makes business sense.

It is hard to determine which staff are out on jobs

By creating timestamped posts through an application, staff can communicate quickly and simply with the office that they have reached the job location. Checking out is also possible, which provides some extra valuable data on how long specific jobs are taking staff to complete. Finally, photo sharing can be leveraged to assess the quality of jobs undertaken on site.

Considerable time is spent completing timesheets

The aforementioned checking in process allows staff members to simply state when they have reached and left a job, with timesheets auto populated based upon this information. This is a significant time saving, as paper based recording and the manual input into a database is no longer required.
